For more than a decade, Liberty House has been providing a safe, supportive, substance-free housing community for American veterans transitioning out of homelessness. Since 2004, our dedicated team has helped over 300 homeless veterans rejoin their communities and regain fulfilling, independent lives. Every staff member, donor, and volunteer help spread the magic of Liberty House throughout the community.
Regard and respect are essential values at Liberty House. Each veteran who walks through our doors is respected and provided with a unique transition plan tailored to his or her needs. Our residents benefit from the guidance and support of brother and sister veterans and serving others through our food/clothing pantry. Liberty House is a special place that provides an opportunity for homeless veterans to independence and a fulfilling life.
Liberty Jump Team Inc seeks to remember and keep the public aware both in the US and Europe of the great sacrifices made by the brave men and women of WWII and all Foreign wars.We also seek to honor the current men and women of the Airborne trained in the US Army today. This is accomplshed by volunteers from the current Armed Forces as well as Foreign and US Military retired and reservists. These volunteers donate their time, resources and energy into a mission to keep these memories alive for the future generations. Our commemorative jumps are accomplished through professional relationships with key organizers of such events in Europe and US as well as various Veteran's organizations. We also encourage our members to seek chances to honor the veterans with other similiar organizations as well performing jumps. Many of our members have a family member who is a veteran and for them this mission holds very close to the heart.
The mission of Liberty Manor is to promote the developmental and social needs of disabled, honorably discharged veterans who have fallen victim to homelessness providing transitional, supported housing and establishing objectives designed to attribute to self-sufficiency.
Operation Not Forgotten is a program of Life Renewed International, a non-profit, 501(c) (3) organization, and was created to help veterans and their families achieve a better quality of life. Operation Not Forgotten operates through peer-support groups called Vet Life Communities. WHAT IS A VET LIFE COMMUNITY™? Operation Not Forgotten is a mission of Life Renewed International, a non-profit, 501(c) (3) organization, and was created to help veterans and their families achieve a better quality of life. Operation Not Forgotten works through Vet Life Community, a network of local weekly peer-based support meetings - the buddy system, veterans helping veterans, families helping families face to face - offering the tools necessary to assess needs and determine what, if any, help veterans and their families may require as they transition back into civilian life. Our Quality of Life Assessment instrument provides an accurate, graphic picture of the veteran’s readjustment back into his family and offers our trained Life Coaches a blueprint to guide veterans’ success. Veterans also work in our Step By Step Twelve Step Journal and apply new insights to the challenges they face as they rejoin society. Another important aspect of Operation Not Forgotten Vet Life Communities is the renewed sense of brotherhood/sisterhood that veterans felt when they were in the military. Vet Life Community is a place where veterans can meet other veterans and form new friendships with people who really understand; people who have “been there”. Community members often get together for Sunday afternoon ball games, camping, televised sports, or even just a cup of coffee at a local coffee shop. Families can come together for backyard cookouts, or barbeques, hiking excursions, trips to the beach, or just sharing a meal … The important thing is there is someone there for veterans to reach out to; a buddy to “have our six” – a place to find support … a Vet Life Community. Vet Life Community is designed to create a confidential, community-based meeting place. Meetings are free for all participating veterans and their loved ones.
