Provide aid, comfort, and support to U.S. and Allied troops, families, and caregivers by:  1.  Food Events.  Providing a culinary change of pace -- particularly to wounded and injured toops -- to boost morale.
2.  Culinary Careers.  Providing educational resources, opportunities, and transition assistance into culinary careers, particularly for the wounded and/or disabled.
3.  Frontline Support.  Gathering and sharing knowledge from and with the troops on the front line, providing resources for those wanting to send care packages and nutritional supplements, and conducting food and related events for them.  4.  Homefront Support.  Providing educational events for spouses, children, and caregivers, with an emphasis on teaching culinary basics to make good food fast rather than fast food.

Create awareness and help provide information in Spanish to Hispanic Military Spouses about everything that surrounds us in the military such as; benefits, scholarships, insurance, etc.. * Refer and offer suggestions about communities and associations that provide support to military families in emergency and/or stress. * Provide a list of resources where the Hispanic Military Spouses and their families can acquire information, which will be translated into Spanish. * Provide scholarships and financial assistance to our military families in need.

The Florida Association of Veteran Owned Businesses is a 501C6 Non-Profit Chamber of Commerce for Civilians and Veterans alike. We have monthly Board Meetings and Business After Hours Networking Events. Bi-monthly symposiums with educational breakout sessions for those who are interested in becoming entrepreneurs.

Our state The only way that will change is if we come together and support Veteran entrepreneurs, whether they are starting off or well heeled, continue to serve by creating jobs and leverage the leadership, dedication, and skills our nation helped them develop for war to bring prosperity in local communities. Our secondary mission is as follows: We strive to bring civilian and veteran business professionals together so they can exchange services and solutions in order to enhance their business models. Supporting each others businesses within the community in which we all live and work in.
