Troops to Careers is a program of the Veteran Resource Network that seeks to advise and counsel active duty US military and military veterans in all aspects of career choice making.
We serve at outreach events and on-base events. As well, we are available during business hours to accept incoming calls from any service member or veteran who has questions and seeks counsel.
Veterans Bridge Home helps Charlotte-area Veterans successfully transition home after military service by identifying their education, employment and healthcare needs and connecting them to available community, state and federal resources.
The Veterans’ Legacy Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in North Carolina, servicing veterans and their families by providing historical research. The significance of this research provides deceased veterans’ families a means to discover what a relative did during their military service, and veterans a process to have their documents corrected. Often times, we find that veterans have been awarded decorations, but their accomplishments are not reflected on their discharge papers.VLF’s founders consists of a handful of veterans, who are passionate about the work they do for other veterans and veteran families.
Vets To Vets United, Inc. (Veterinarians to Veterans United) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization created to unite veterans and dogs for a common goal: improving and saving lives. By pairing veterans with dogs, we seek to:
